Supersonic
This pain roller is our most comprehensive to date. We start with the same
essential oils base as our traditional CBD-based rollers (Eucalyptus, Lavender, Rosemary and Peppermint set in a Golden Jojoba carrier oil). Then we add 200 mg/ml of full-spectrum CBD and 300 mg/ml of Comfrey, followed by Clove and Lemon essential oils. And to finish off this Supersonic blend we add some root medicine to help with pain and muscle relaxation: Corydalis, Skullcap, Devil’s Claw and a small dose of Valerian Root. This blend was originally created for a patient with Fibromyalgia, but is also useful for individuals with MS or chronic/high levels of pain coupled with muscle spasms.
Supersonic Lite versions have all of the goodness of the original Supersonic blend without the CBD. This is helpful for anyone with a CBD allergy or who works for a company that tests for full plant cannabis exposure.
So… What’s Comfrey? Comfrey is an herb that has been used for centuries to help with pain and wounds. Comfrey helps with muscle sprains, bruises, burns and joint inflammation, arthritis and pain. In folk medicine Comfrey has been referred to as “knitbone.” This is a safe alternative to some contemporary medicine when applied topically. However, it can be very dangerous if ingested as it can cause liver damage and some sources say ulcers. (Wilson and Goldman, 2017) When paired with CBD the two plants boost each other’s capabilities creating fast-acting and longer-lasting, safe and effective pain relief.
What’s Arnica? Arnica is also a flowering plant. It is sometimes called “wolfsbane.” For
centuries arnica has been used to help eleveate pain, accelerate the healing of bruises and assist with decreasing inflammation. When added to CBD and/or comfrey it has a synergistic effect and it’s healing powers become more effective.
